With over 22 years of personal practice and 11 years of teaching experience, Heather blends tradition with transformation to create experiences that are expressive, accessible, and deeply alive.
As the Co-founder of Haute Yogi, she is building a transformational education and lifestyle ecosystem rooted in movement, creativity, connection, and growth. Through classes, workshops, retreats, mentorship, and teacher trainings, Heather helps aspiring and newĀ yoga teachers refine their voice, strengthen their leadership, and teach with greater confidence and authenticity.
Her philosophy is simple: yoga is more than a physical practice. It is a living art, a pathway to self-discovery, and an opportunity to continue evolving both on and off the mat.
Voted Best Yoga Teacher in WNC 5x over the years, Heather's mission is to educate, inspire, and empower others to move with purpose, live with intention, and embody yoga as a way of life.
